our dear friend, Lucas, needed to record a band for a project, and we happened to need to record some demos, for a album we were hoping to record in the beginning of 2020 (of course, you know what happened then). so we invaded his work area and busted out 6 tracks. 4 new songs, Changer, Wounded Knee, Ready and an rough idea that Todd and Jason just happened to come up with a few weeks before, that Lucas titled Thursday, since it was written on a thursday. 2 old songs were also recorded, Brother Eye and La Ventura. these were redone just because we needed to record six songs total, and these are the ones that Jason has added his own parts to, out of our older tracks. we hope you enjoy this.

The Jackpine Snag was started in 2010 by Joe Hart (ex Chairmen), Todd Karinen (ex Gaytar, Mk Ultra Culkin) and Nick Merz (ex Mk Ultra Culkin). in late 2011, Nick moved to Boise, and Joe and Todd brought Greg Lamb on board. they recorded an ep in the fall of 2012. They recorded The Fire Tower ep in fall of 2013. Greg left in early 2014, replaced by Jason Roedel later that year. ... more
